Amaroo Pet is proud to offer the most comprehensive free shipping coverage for pet products at great prices in Australia. Our shipping policy is tiered and transparent, with all shipping costs displayed at the checkout. We offer subsidised and free shipping* to most capital cities and most major regional centres. Below is a map indicating our free shipping zones, with a table outlining exact delivery areas. Please note free and subsidised shipping is only available within city and town residential boundaries.

Authority to Leave (ATL). You can at the check out leave an Authority To Leave your package at the delivery address without a signature. In the notes at checkout make the notation ATL. Once the delivery is completed by the courier with an ATL, Amaroo Pet is not responsible for any damages or loss. Please in the notes give clear instructions where you want your parcel to be left.

For our local customers or those passing through Toowoomba you can click and collect. All orders have to be placed online and we will send you an email or a text with a reference number advising when your order will be ready for pick up.  Click and collect orders don’t get a priority, they are processed as they are received.

Some items such as cat litter due to their bulky nature are for click and collect only, and are noted as such on the product information.

Delivery times

Orders that are placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after the cut off time will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times vary between locations, as a guide ONLY:

Toowoomba, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast- 1-3 business days

Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne- 2 to 3 business days.

Adelaide- 4-5 business days

Canberra- 3-5 business days.

Hobart & Launceston- 4-5 business days

Perth to Mandurah- 5- 10 business days

Major Regional- 5-7 business days

Remote & Country areas allow up to 10 business days

We do not send overseas at this point in time.

Delivery

Upon your order being processed a tracking number will be sent with your invoice/sales confirmation to enable to track the status of your order. Couriers require a signature upon delivery, however you can receive delivery of your order without a signature as long the relevant note is made on special delivery instructions.

A physical address is required, we are unable to send to post boxes or lockers.

Freight concerns & returns

Sometimes things can go astray or wrong- it happens! We are here to help, in the unlikely event that this occurs, give our great customer service team a call or email hello@amaroopet.com.au with your tracking number and will chase this down with our freight partners, we do the leg work for you to resolve any issues.  If your products arrive in a damaged condition please let us know. If you are signing for the products please note when signing. In all instances of damaged products please take a photograph and send to us along with tracking/reference number to hello@amaroopet.com.au to make this right.
