Amaroo Pet is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. All orders are subject to pre-authorisation checks to ensure sufficient funds are available and to confirm the validity of the payment method. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Amaroo Pet may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable. Amaroopet only ships within Australia.
Amaroopet is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Amaroo Pet can facilitate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Amaroo Pet reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
Returns and Warranties.
Amaroo Pet will not accept any returns without a return reference number issued by customer service at Amaroo Pet. Prior to returning any product please contact Amaroo Pet by either telephone or firstname.lastname@example.org, Amaroopet expressly reserves the right to approve or accept any returns and which transport service to be utilised. Amaroopet will arrange courier pickup and freight charges will be deducted from any refund amount.
In the case where Amaroo Pet has sent the wrong item as per sales/order manifest, Amaroo Pet will refund full cost of freight upon receipt of the goods. All refunds will be funded when goods are received by Amaroo Pet, in the manner payment was received such as credit card or paypal.
All returned goods must have original tags attached and in original packaging and in a saleable condition. Due to health requirements all pet clothing, lifejackets, storm shirts and alike must be free of animal hair and any other matter that may affect resale of the goods being returned. All food items must be in original packaging and unopened.
In the case of goods been received damaged, please note when signing for your goods and forward a photograph of the damaged product to email@example.com to allow the matter to be resolved quickly and promptly.
All repairs are carried out by the manufacturer and not by Amaroo Pet. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered. Amaroopet cannot control the availability of parts of replacement goods.
Amaroo Pet has no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. We will however do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. In cases where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, Amaroo Pet cannot be held accountable for repair periods or communication from the manufacturer.
We aim to have your return processed within 24 hours of receiving the item; however some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued.
